Welcome to Soulshine! We are excited to work with you and honored to be a part of your journey.
For all new patients: we strongly recommend booking an evaluation AND at least 3 additional follow up sessions. We recommend booking once a week to ensure the most consistent and cohesive treatment.
If you and your physical therapist decide that you need a different frequency, you can adjust these visits at that time. Booking 4 visits ensures you have your best schedule & solidifies your time with your PT, creating continuity of care.
If you have any questions at all, please call the office at (803) 784-2464.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or no show their appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the visit to their card on file. Monday appointments must be cancelled by the end of the day (1pm) on Friday to avoid a fee.
