CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We are a small practice committed to providing high quality care. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or no show their appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the visit to their card on file without exception. Monday appointments must be cancelled by the end of the day (1pm) on Friday to avoid a fee.
